He started at FCB in the mail room in and worked his way up to Regional CEO. As FCB West’s fearless leader, Dominic has steered brands like Levi’s, Dockers,, Electronic Arts, Clorox, Del Monte, Kikkoman, Citicorp, Taco Bell, and Hewlett-Packard to success.


Chief Strategy Officer

Matthew has over 25 years of experience in developing insight-based strategies for major brands globally, regionally, and in North America. He has lived and worked on three continents and has spent over twelve years at FCB helping companies like Electronic Arts, Levi Strauss & Co, Del Monte, Hilton Hotel Corporation, AT&T, and Avaya make more interesting and effective connections with their audiences—often with remarkable commercial success. He currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer for FCB West, leading strategy for Levi’s and Mondelez globally. Additionally, Matthew is the Executive Director and founder of FCB’s Institute of Decision Making.


Chief Creative Officer

Eric Springer, one of the principal creatives behind Volkswagen’s wildly popular mini–Darth Vader phenomenon, brought his force to FCB West as Executive Vice President, Chief Creative Officer in January 2013.

Through his 20-plus years in the business, Eric has earned a bevy of awards. He created the highest-rated Super Bowl spot two years in a row according to Nielsen ratings (“Punch Dub” and “The Force” for VW). This work earned him a coveted spot on Creativity magazine’s 2011 “50 Most Influential Creatives of the Year” list. He has earned numerous Cannes Lions, One Show Pencils, and Effies. Some of his work is on permanent display in the Advertising Hall of Fame, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Smithsonian.


Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Vicki McRae provides the leadership and vision to ensure that FCB West has the proper process, people, and systems in place to efficiently deliver breakthrough creative ideas to our clients.

Vicki started her advertising career in 1996 at Ammirati Puris Lintas in New York City, working on the Snuggle account. Since then she’s worked for a variety of shops including JWT and Freestyle Interactive, and on the client side at Levi’s and Laird and Partners, where she shepherded the Donna Karan business including DK Collection, DKNY, and DK Fragrances by Estée Lauder. In 2006, she was lured west when FCB West brought her out to run the Dockers business. She’s been here ever since, running account management, serving as COO of the San Francisco office, and leading in addition to Dockers many accounts including Electronic Arts, Perricone MD, Air New Zealand, and Levi’s.
